1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is unused and in original condition

• All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

• You have a valid invoice or order confirmation

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds are not applicable for:

• Used or installed bicycle parts/accessories

• Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse

• Products without original packaging

• Clearance / discounted / sale items (unless defective)

3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

• Our team will arrange reverse pickup (where available)

Once the product reaches us and passes quality inspection, we will:

• Send a replacement, or

• Process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the product.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share photos/videos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a free replacement or refund after verification.

5. Refund Timelines

Once approved, refunds are processed within:

• 5–7 business days to your original payment mode

Please note:

• Bank processing time may vary depending on your issuing bank or payment gateway

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
