1. Shipping Policy
Coverage

We deliver to all pin codes in India through our trusted courier partner Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
    (Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like strikes, weather conditions, or courier delays.)

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping for orders above ₹ 899/-
  • For orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal delivery charge will be applied and shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time through tracking portal.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our hassle-free return policy has you covered.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed bicycle parts/accessories.
  • Items without original packaging or damaged due to improper handling.
  • Discounted or clearance sale items (unless defective).


Return/Exchange Process

1. Contact our support team at +91-8791626997 with your order details.
2. We will arrange a reverse pickup through Delhivery (where available).
3. Once the product reaches us and passes quality inspection, we will:

  •      Send a replacement, or
  •    Process a refund to your original payment method (within 5–7 business days).

Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures/videos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a quick replacement at no extra cost.
